Cameras: Your eyes when you are not there. AI enhanced cameras cannot only provide you with views of your property but can also alert you to differing conditions at your site. Such alerts could be to tag a person as trespassed and send an alert if they come back on the property. You can be alerted if someone is in an unauthorized area. An intercom with built in camera at the lobby can be a customer service point to speak to current and potential tenants live. This allows one person at corporate to handle many properties at once.

Sensors: Sensors have really grown in the past few years especially with AI integration. Some example of sensors might be sending and alert if a water heater leaks, or sending an alert if the network room is too hot, or sending and alert if glass breakage is heard. Trash bin problems - set and event everytime the trash bin door is opened.
